The art of engagement

Not much time at the moment for blogging. And I’ve got to rush to witness France and Italy elimination of the Euro 2008.

But if you’ve got some time and want to understand what engagement planning is all about (or EP as we lovingly call it) you could do a lot worse than listen to Jason Gonsalves, Head of engagement planning at BBH London.

His presentation on the new communication landscape is fun and challenging and not full of the boring bits you might expect on the subject.

Jason is one of the smartest person I’ve had the chance to work with and probably one who really understands the new communication landscape. Yet we manage to disagree very frequently. But we love each other dearly. 🙂
